Faulty or Damaged Goods: In the event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. We may need to collect the goods with such documentation necessary to enable us to identify you as the purchaser of the goods. For us to establish the nature of the damage or fault for us to know whether to exchange for alternative item, or complete a refund of purchase price including the original delivery charge.
We will examine the goods, and in the event that they are damaged or faulty, we will replace them, but due to the wide range of products we supply, it may be necessary for the goods to be passed back to the manufacturer for their expert assessment of the alleged damage or fault. We will do this within a reasonable time which we agree will not exceed 21 days.
Cancellation Rights: You must either return the goods to us at your own expense in an unused, undamaged condition together with such documentation necessary to enable us to identify you as the purchaser of the goods within 7 working days of the notice of cancellation. Alternatively we can arrange collection at an agreed cost. Until the goods are received by us at our premises, you are responsible for any loss or damage to such goods. You should obtain proof of posting of such goods, in the event that the goods are not received by us at our premises. Once we have received the goods, we will refund the purchase price immediately, or in any case within 30 days. Goods returned without the required documentation, or after 7 working days of the notice of cancellation, will be treated as abandoned to us, and will be dealt with accordingly.
